so that home owners can have a reliable, diligent company that they can call for all their painting, maintenance and renovation needs. I built my business in Massachusetts and Connecticut and now in South Carolina, on quality workmanship, follow up and I do what I say I will do!
Here are some of the home services we provide:
- Painting: All aspects of painting and wall finishes. We also seal patios and driveways using an excellent high quality sealer.
- Faux Finishes: Glazing walls, floors, and furniture.
- Repairs & Maintenance: Replace a washer, fix a toilet leak, caulk a tub, patch a wall, or hang blinds, clean out dryer vent, clean out garage, power wash and the list goes on
- Lawn Care: Lawn mowing, edging, weeding, fertilizing, mulching beds and or planting.
- Wellness Checks on Your Home: We check all windows, doors, floors walls, plumbing, washer dryer hookups, heating/AC system, attic area, exterior (including roof, siding, yard, water drainage, etc). These wellness checks ensure there are no potential problems with your property while you are away - Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly. We can also get your home ready for your arrival.
- House Cleaning: We provide weekly, monthly, deep seasonal cleaning and purging your attic and or garage.
- Staging your Home: We remove clutter, rearrange furniture and brighten up your home.
- Hurricane Preparedness: We bring in patio/deck furniture, plants and secure your property in the event there is a bad storm or hurricane on the way. We install your hurricane shutters, shut off water etc. to secure you home.
**Do you have Rental Property? We will check on your property to verify whether your rental agency has rented your property (or not) and report back on the status.
